Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and/or severe emotional disorders through individual, family, and group therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of integrated care that optimally addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Actively participate in crisis intervention efforts and ensure timely interventions as necessary to maintain client safety and well-being.

• Facilitate access to social services and community resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring alignment with each client's unique goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, assessments, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
