Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms related to major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in virtual settings and through community outreach as necessary.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, using evidence-based practices to gauge client needs and develop appropriate care plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy while carrying a caseload designed to meet the clinical needs of clients.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure that clients receive tailored services aimed at their specific challenges and recovery goals.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate support during times of acute need.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports to track client progress and submit necessary data in a timely manner.

• Engage in on-call duties as assigned, ensuring availability for urgent client needs outside standard hours.

• Contribute to committees focused on enhancing service delivery, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the agency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Terradise Behavioral Healthcare offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
