Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough preliminary interviews with clients, documenting insights and mental health history from the first consultation through the entirety of their treatment journey.

• Evaluate each client's mental, behavioral, and emotional well-being to identify areas of concern and establish a clear treatment path.

• Develop detailed intervention and recovery plans tailored for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage personal expression and mutual support among participants.

• Monitor and document progress during treatment, adjusting plans proactively to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nursing staff, and social workers to design comprehensive intervention strategies.

• Follow up with medical professionals regarding client cases involving hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care.

• Work to identify and mitigate behaviors that could hinder recovery, employing preventive strategies and proactive interventions.

• Support family members and caregivers by providing resources and strategies to assist them in managing mental health challenges related to their loved ones.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring your approach to accommodate each individual's unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role preferred.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, to manage client documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus.
