Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to uncover clients' mental health challenges, and develop tailored treatment programs that foster personal growth and resilience.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities in individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to suit individual client needs.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring these sessions maintain the same quality and effectiveness as traditional face-to-face therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, enabling seamless referrals and client care continuity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to refine clinical skills and remain updated on emerging trends in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed therapist at Path Finder, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including individuals, couples, and families, from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a closely related field. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area combined with substantial clinical experience will also be considered.

• Possession of a valid license under the Marriage and Family Therapist Board to practice in the State of Texas; candidates who are eligible for licensure in Texas may also apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
