Key Responsibilities\n

• Troubleshoot and facilitate effective crisis interventions during individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to the patient’s diagnosis, cultural backgrounds, and developmental stages.

• Implement therapeutic modalities and procedural techniques safely and in line with established clinical standards.

• Encourage patient and family engagement in the treatment process by acting as a patient advocate, promoting informed decision-making, and offering ongoing education regarding therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular assessments, collateral communication, and adjustment of treatment plans as needed.

• Lead group therapy sessions that foster open dialogue and supportive connections among participants to enhance community and individual well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population that includes both adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Valid and active California State LMFT licensure.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting; prior experience in a community health clinic is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
