This full-time position allows therapists to work remotely, providing quality mental health care to a diverse patient population. At our practice, we emphasize supporting individuals through personalized care and comprehensive treatment strategies.

Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote setting, allowing therapists to work from home while remaining fully integrated into our collaborative team. The practice operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a possibility for flexible scheduling based on patient needs. Team meetings and case consultations will be facilitated virtually to ensure continuity in communication and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health challenges, fostering community and support among patients.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and holistic care to our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about advancements in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
