Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to work comfortably from your home while providing outpatient services to clients. Our supportive work culture emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists. You will benefit from a flexible schedule, usually from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of adjusting hours based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' unique challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and other applicable standards.

• Collaborate closely with your treatment team to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and participate in regular case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a diverse client population, including individuals from varied backgrounds experiencing emotional distress. You will engage with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, guiding them along their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice in Illinois as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
