Part-Time Administrative Assistant Temporary (Minimum 8 Weeks) with Potential Temp-to-Hire Part-Time (2030 Hours/Week, MondayFriday Preferred) | Honey Brook, PA | $20$22/Hour We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy township office during a staffing transition. This is a temporary assignment expected to last at least 8 weeks, with the potential to become a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. The schedule is 2030 hours per week, with a preference for Monday through Friday, working either 9:00 AM1:00 PM or 10:00 AM2:00 PM. Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist residents in person Respond to emails and general inquiries Assist with permit applications and related paperwork Perform general administrative and office support duties Work alongside the outgoing administrative staff during a one- to two-week training and transition period Qualifications: Previous administrative or office support experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Friendly, professional and comfortable interacting with the public.
