Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as group therapy and couple's counseling, employing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Educate clients on coping strategies, self-care techniques, and tools to enhance their overall mental well-being.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize their journey towards resilience and recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and thorough care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
