Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, objectives, and risks, creating a solid foundation for therapeutic intervention.

• Implement couples and family therapy sessions focused on resolving conflicts, improving communication, and fostering healthier relationship dynamics, while guiding clients through complex emotional landscapes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing urgent psychological challenges, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to support them through acute episodes.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions and skill-building around coping mechanisms and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation aligns with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
