Premise Inc. is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to design and execute our training strategy, building the knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership skills across apprentice to senior leaders. This role partners with Operations, Safety, HR, and Project Management to accelerate employee development and improve field execution. You will own the learning ecosystem, identify needs, coordinate subject matter experts, measure results, and reinforce our Ready to Learn values. #J-18808-Ljbffr
