This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. Our commitment to technology means you will utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient data efficiently, schedule virtual appointments, and facilitate communication with interdisciplinary team members across various healthcare settings. You will enjoy a structured working schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which supports work-life balance while meeting patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, identifying emotional, psychological, and social factors that influence their overall well-being.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy sessions to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's specific context.

• Develop and institute personalized treatment plans that account for cultural factors and patient-specific needs while integrating feedback from patients and caregivers.

• Monitor patient progress systematically, adjusting treatment modalities and goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and primary care physicians.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources, thus fostering informed participation in their care journey.

• Maintain strict adherence to ethical and professional standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality and ensuring informed consent is obtained prior to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
