Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will work closely with a team dedicated to providing exceptional care in our community health clinic. Your hours will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility required for client visits and urgent needs. While the position is primarily remote, in-person engagements in the clinic or at clients' homes may be necessary to conduct assessments and provide services effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at supporting and advocating for seniors:

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on individual goals and preferences.

• Perform regular check-ins with clients at home or in-person clinic visits to monitor their well-being and directly address any health or safety concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
