Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) with a foundational knowledge in help desk support and networking. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment where every team member plays a vital role in our success. The Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) must have previous experience in the IT Managed Services industry. Whether it's resolving network issues, implementing IT solutions, or providing top-tier customer service, your work will directly impact the success of our clients practices across the region. Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Responsibilities: Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, and basic Windows Server administration). Experience with Active Directory (user management, password resets, group policy basics). Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Familiarity with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and basic networking principles (subnetting, VPNs, firewall basics). Experience using PSA and RMM tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja, etc) for troubleshooting and system maintenance Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (antivirus, EDR, email security, and phishing protection).
