Due to an increase in revenue, we are seeking a System Administrator – Tier 2 (MSP) to join our team of 30. We pride ourselves on being a place employees enjoy working, evidenced by our average tenure being 4 years. The System Administrator – Tier 2 (MSP) primary responsibility will be providing advanced support to clients and working on infrastructure based projects. The System Administrator – Tier 2 (MSP) will support Windows Servers, M365 administration/migrations, Datto, configuring/maintaining virtual servers (VMWare/Hyper-V), and cloud computing (Azure). Candidates for the System Administrator – Tier 2 (MSP) must have previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider or supporting multiple businesses concurrently. System Administrator – Tier 2 (MSP) Requirements: Experience with Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 Server roles Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 11, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration & Migrations Experience Azure (Entra ID, Intune, and VMs are a plus) Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL) System Administrator – Tier 2 (MSP) Salary + Benefits: $75,000 – $85,000 Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with 3% company match 15 Days Paid Time Off and 8 Paid Holidays Cert/Travel Reimbursement Partial WFH Annual Bonus Bowman Williams
