Accounting Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee key accounting operations and lead a high-performing accounting team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining effective internal controls, and driving process improvements across accounting functions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with proven leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilitie

• sOversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and other core accounting activities
• .Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of responsibilities
• .Establish and maintain internal controls to support compliance and financial integrity
• .Review and approve accounting transactions, reconciliations, and payment activities
• .Resolve complex accounting issues and provide guidance on financial processes
• .Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency
• .Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives and financial processes
• .Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and financial reporting activities
• .Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
