Work Environment

Located onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Princeton, the work environment is collaborative and dynamic. You will be surrounded by an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physiatrists, and healthcare aides, all working together to deliver comprehensive care. Expect a schedule of 40 hours per week, with some variable weekends, which will enable you to provide flexible and accommodating services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and re-evaluate patient progress regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and collaborate within the interdisciplinary team regarding patient care plans and progress updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress, adhering to all regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, self-management strategies, and preventive care to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Participate in community outreach programs and contribute to internal leadership functions such as quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
• Oversee assigned support staff, providing mentorship and guidance in clinical practices.

The patient population served at Mindful Physical Therapy includes individuals with orthopedic injuries, post-operative recovery needs, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in modern computer applications and documentation management systems used in patient care.
• Commitment to maintaining professional competence through continued education and training.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, candidates with specialized experience in rehabilitation services or with diverse patient populations will be given preference. Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities and technology will also enhance your ability to thrive in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
