Work Environment

Our outpatient office is designed to foster collaboration and innovation among our team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and identify the goals and needs of each patient, creating tailored treatment plans to maximize their functional outcomes.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, seeing an average of one patient per hour, ensuring individualized attention and care.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions that promote recovery, enhance mobility, and encourage optimal physical performance.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, to address clients' specific orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and conduct personalized exercise programs that align with evidence-based practices to improve strength, flexibility, and overall movement.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide coordinated care for patients.
• Document patient progress meticulously and communicate updates with the care team to ensure streamlined patient management.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of individuals with private medical insurance, focusing on those recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in guiding them through their rehabilitation journey, employing empathetic communication and motivational techniques to inspire them towards recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with a clear record of professional conduct.
• Proficiency in navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to maintain accurate documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing a strong understanding of musculoskeletal disorders.
• Demonstrated abilities in manual therapy techniques and designing effective exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits
