Our dedicated team consists of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant who collaborate closely to ensure every patient receives comprehensive and attentive care.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Sacramento, California outpatient office, which allows for direct interaction and rapport building with patients. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs by recognizing and fulfilling their rehabilitation goals and requirements.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, typically seeing one patient per hour, to ensure individualized attention and care.
• Utilize your knowledge to administer effective physical therapy interventions that improve clients' mobility and range of motion.
• Design and implement cost-effective treatment plans that prioritize non-invasive methods, reducing reliance on medications and surgical procedures.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs that cater to patients' specific therapeutic needs and lifestyles.
• Engage patients in their therapy process, providing motivation and encouragement to enhance their commitment to treatment programs.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and maintain meticulous records of treatment services provided, using EMR software like WebPT.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and share patient updates when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve individuals undergoing orthopedic rehabilitation, enhancing their recovery through personalized interventions. Our clients range from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals with chronic postural issues, all seeking to improve their functionalities and quality of life. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A clean record, free from any board or disciplinary actions related to your license.
• Profound proficiency in manual therapy techniques to adequately support patients through their recovery process.
• Knowledgeable in creating effective exercise programs tailored to the diverse needs of patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, providing a background essential for understanding the needs and therapy protocols specific to this patient demographic.
• Experience and comfort in using EMR software, specifically WebPT, to enhance workflow efficiency and record keeping.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, their families, and various healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
