Business Document Analyst for AI Evaluation (Portuguese Speaker) [Remote]

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents in Portuguese, using advanced Office Suite skills and business judgment to ensure clarity, professionalism, and Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality. In this remote contractor role, you will work directly with AI systems and cross-functional teams to test realistic business scenarios, critique outputs, and help shape AI behavior for high-quality business deliverables.

• Execute complex business tasks alongside AI tools using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, producing and validating spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Evaluate and critique AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, delivering structured, actionable feedback.
• Design and run realistic business scenarios that mirror professional workflows, including analysis, reporting, presentations, and proposals.
• Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with Fortune 500 or top-consulting standards.
• Communicate recommendations and insights to cross-functional teams to drive continuous AI improvement.
• Document and annotate recurring issues, and escalate patterns to ensure AI systems meet business user needs.
• Promote high standards of quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable, bridging business expertise and AI innovation.

• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business deliverables.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or a demonstrated willingness to learn quickly in a tech-forward environment.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, a top-tier consulting firm, or a leading financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.
