Business Document Analyst for AI Evaluation (Portuguese Speaker) [Remote]

As a Business Document Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of AI-generated business documents. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your business expertise and advanced skills in Office Suite applications to ensure that these documents meet the highest standards of clarity and professionalism.

• Collaborate with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate and critique AI-generated deliverables across various domains, including finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, providing structured feedback.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that reflect current workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality standards.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in AI performance.
• Annotate and document recurring issues, escalating them to ensure AI systems consistently meet business user needs.
• Champion quality, structure, and clarity in all deliverables, bridging the gap between business expertise and AI innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating polished, professional business deliverables.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail with the ability to critically assess and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) or a willingness to learn quickly in a tech-focused environment.
• Self-starter attitude, thriving in an independent, remote, and fast-paced work environment.

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Contract position, fully remote, ideally based in the US.

Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $70.
