Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic services, including individual therapy sessions to address personal challenges, couples therapy to improve relationship dynamics, family therapy to enhance communication and resolve conflicts, and group therapy for shared experiences and support.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Administer psychological evaluations and formulate treatment strategies in collaboration with other mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to client needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques to treat psychological disorders, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect patient progress and changing circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT with Sharp Mental Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse population, including adults as well as child and adolescent clients. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
