Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both basic and complex laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and various other assessmentsfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results diligently for accuracy, identify and resolve errors, and execute routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Support specimen acquisition and prepare samples for further analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document lab processes, mentor new team members or interns, and uphold the quality standards of the laboratory.
• Keep a tidy and secure work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification achieved within one year of hiring.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your employment.
