Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Abrazo Arrowhead, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, interpreting findings, and developing individualized treatment plans for those facing functional limitations and disabilities.
• Providing comprehensive consultations to healthcare providers regarding a patient's continuum of care, ensuring an integrated approach.
• Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting treatment plans as needed, while re-evaluating patient progress regularly.
• Maintaining clear communication with patients and their families about treatment objectives, progress, and discharge planning to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Documenting all evaluations, treatments, and communications accurately in compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, assisting in their professional growth while managing departmental resources effectively.
• Participating in team-led initiatives such as community outreach, quality improvement, marketing, and program development.
• Attending and contributing to team meetings, sharing knowledge, and developing new strategies to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic serves a variety of patients primarily dealing with orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

To succeed in this role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, candidates are required to have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience
