Century Impact Orthopedic Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our onsite team in South River, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and therapist assessments.
• Direct the delivery of physical therapy treatments focused on pain relief, enhanced muscle function, and restoration of mobility.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants in executing the established treatment plans effectively and safely.
• Conduct functional assessments to establish clients' needs and recommend changes where necessary to optimize rehab outcomes.
• Document all evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes comprehensively within electronic health records to maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Engage actively as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, participating in case conferences to align treatment goals and strategies.
• Provide education to clients and their families regarding therapy techniques, home exercises, and the use of assistive devices.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and practice standards and maintain a current understanding of best practices in physical therapy.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient care.
• Active PT licensure in the state of New Jersey in good standing.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (CPR) validated for healthcare providers.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, evidence-based practices, and rehabilitation technology.

• Willingness to participate in continuing education and remain abreast of industry trends.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
