Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations, developing tailored treatment plans that foster optimal recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, discussing treatment modifications as needed.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, monitor patient progress, and modify treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting treatment provided, patient progress, and discharge plans per regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending staff meetings, in-service trainings, and relevant continuing education programs.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, fostering their growth and ensuring high standards of practice in patient care.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to enhance the clinic's visibility within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
