Join our dedicated team as a Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Sierra Orthopedic Clinic, where you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover and achieve their peak mobility and health. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs, addressing a variety of orthopedic conditions. Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite, allowing you to engage directly with patients in our state-of-the-art clinic setting. Our work environment emphasizes collaboration among staff, promoting a culture where ideas are shared, and best practices are implemented. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a manageable work-life balance while providing ample opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' orthopedic conditions to identify their specific goals and needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods and advanced therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, seeing one patient per hour to provide personalized attention and care.
• Utilize hands-on manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with our policy and utilize WebPT EMR Software for record-keeping.
• Encourage patient engagement by motivating them throughout their rehabilitation journey to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to deliver cohesive patient care.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness through regular evaluations and adjust plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population primarily covered by private medical insurance. Patients often present with a range of orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitations, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our emphasis on personalized treatment ensures that we address not just the physical symptoms but also consider each patient's individual life circumstances and goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no disciplinary actions or issues on record.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and expertise in designing and executing therapeutic exercise plans.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR Software is a plus, ensuring efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A proven track record of successfully working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing tailored fitness and wellness programs that encompass both rehabilitation and preventive care.

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
