Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and design customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Engage with patients daily, delivering hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and educational support.
• Guide patients through recovery by employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to their specific conditions.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously using CureMD electronic medical records (EMR) for enhanced patient tracking.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a interdisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in patient education, explaining treatment processes, expected outcomes, and the importance of adherence to therapy routines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your main focus will be on adults aged 40-65 who are dealing with various orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and sports-related injuries. Your role will involve creating individualized care plans that reflect the unique challenges and recovery goals of each patient. By providing personalized attention and motivation, you will enhance their recovery journey and contribute to improved functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, along with a valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred, we encourage new graduates with a strong academic foundation and enthusiasm for patient care to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, reflecting the value of your expertise and commitment to quality care. In addition to financial compensation, you will receive:
