Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from orthopedic issues, ensuring all treatment plans are tailored to individual needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans that employ a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Systematically track and document patient progress, responses to treatment, and adapt therapeutic goals as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Educate and train patients, caregivers, and family members on the correct use of assistive devices, therapeutic exercises, and self-care practices to encourage independence and foster long-term health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, ensuring the integration of the latest evidence-based practices in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, from children to older adults, each presenting unique challenges related to orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, or chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.

• Possess computer proficiency, including word processing and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits
