Work Environment

The clinic features modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment designed to support the latest orthopedic rehabilitation techniques. Working onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you'll collaborate with a team of passionate healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, all dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to adult patients, ensuring effective treatment by managing an average of three patients per hour.
• Assess each patient's condition and develop customized treatment plans that focus on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Implement hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises, offering personalized patient education to facilitate a successful recovery process.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including MDs and other therapists, to create a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adult patients aged 40-65 who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our physical therapists are equipped to manage a range of orthopedic issues, including post-operative rehabilitation for knee and hip surgeries, recovery from sports injuries, and treatment for degenerative diseases impacting mobility.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's Degree is preferred for an advanced understanding of complex cases.
• An active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license is mandatory to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and clinical skills are essential to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience

• While outpatient experience is valued, it is not a strict requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
