Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to establish a personalized treatment plan.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Active CPR certification is required.
