Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for patients.
• Implement treatment plans, regularly re-evaluating patient progress and modifying approaches as necessary based on outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and rehabilitation strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments, and charges to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and ensure clear communication among team members.
• Participate in leadership initiatives such as community outreach, program development, and quality improvement activities.
• Oversee the work of assigned support staff, providing guidance and ensuring effective team collaboration.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and continuing education courses to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an orthopedic physical therapist at Ascove, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. Candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy will be preferred.
• Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
