Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Life Scape PT Service, you will engage in a variety of essential functions, including:

• Examining and evaluating patients to create tailored treatment plans for functional limitations and disabilities.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a continuous care model that effectively addresses patient needs.
• Maintaining clear, detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, well within professional standards.
• Implementing treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education, while regularly reassessing and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Providing guidance and supervision to assigned support staff, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Participating in community outreach activities designed to promote health awareness and preventive care.
• Continuously updating your own skills and knowledge through self-driven study, attending in-services, and pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In our Rehabilitation Center, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and workplace accidents, to those with chronic conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, along with computer literacy for documentation and electronic health record management.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred, we value candidates from various backgrounds and are willing to consider new graduates who demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration. Compensation and Benefits

Life Scape PT Service offers a competitive salary of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
