Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and devise tailored treatment plans in alignment with physician recommendations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to target various conditions, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, ensuring optimal recovery timelines.
• Guide and educate patients and their families through their rehabilitation process, demonstrating exercises, explaining progress metrics, and setting achievable goals.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback to enhance effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits
