Work Environment

The rehabilitation center is designed to foster teamwork and collaboration, equipped with advanced therapy tools and technologies. Working onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapists take pride in offering the highest level of patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Manage an effective caseload of three patients per hour, primarily focusing on adult individuals aged 40-65 who are dealing with various orthopedic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient physical function and range of motion, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that identify specific goals and targeted interventions.
• Implement a holistic approach to therapy utilizing a combination of manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to maximize recovery and improve quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to ensure comprehensive, integrated patient care.
• Efficiently document patient progress and treatment outcomes using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and fostering clear communication across the healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults aged 40-65 experiencing orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, arthritis, and age-related musculoskeletal issues. Your ability to engage with this demographic and develop tailored therapeutic strategies is pivotal in enhancing their recovery journey and improving their daily functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a strong emphasis placed on a comprehensive understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation principles.
• An active New Jersey physical therapy license or eligibility to acquire one is essential for this role.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills paired with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication capabilities are crucial for effective patient engagement.

Preferred Experience

• While outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, we welcome applications from new graduates who exhibit a passion for rehabilitative care and a commitment to patient-centered practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience. The benefits package includes:
