Work Environment

Our Rehabilitation Center in East Brunswick offers a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to effectively identify patients' goals and create personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and individualized care.
• Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies to develop and implement therapeutic exercise programs that enhance range of motion and mobility.
• Educate patients on cost-effective treatment alternatives, reducing reliance on medications and surgical procedures where possible.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation, fostering a positive atmosphere conducive to optimal recovery.
• Establish tailored fitness and wellness programs aimed at promoting ongoing health, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adapt care plans as necessary, and maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions and progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care approaches.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program that is recognized by the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.

• A minimum of one year of outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, demonstrating proficiency in delivering effective rehabilitation services in a similar setting.
