Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for each patient to identify unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that optimize recovery from orthopedic conditions.
• Administer treatment to an average of three patients per hour, utilizing evidence-based manual therapy techniques, targeted exercises, and educational strategies tailored specifically for each patient's condition.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and detailed patient records using CureMD EMR, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and effective communication across the team.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Facilitate patient education by providing resources, exercise regimens, and progressive rehabilitation strategies to empower patients in their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients aged 40-65, focusing on those with various orthopedic conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain syndromes. Your expertise will be essential in guiding these patients toward regaining mobility, enhancing strength, and improving overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent degree is required.
• Possession of a valid New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility is essential to practice in our state.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members alike, fostering a nurturing therapeutic atmosphere.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience is highly preferred, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply and may have the opportunity to grow alongside experienced mentors.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically CureMD, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
