Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization, to facilitate recovery and restore function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, exercises, and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Utilize appropriate physical therapy tools and technologies, such as ultrasound therapy devices and therapeutic exercise equipment, to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and orthopedic specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Valid Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience demonstrating effective treatment methodologies.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in soft tissue mobilization techniques.
• Excellent assessment skills suitable for a Direct Access setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient rehab environment.
• Familiarity with integrated health records and electronic documentation systems.
• Evidence of involvement in continuing education or specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Beyond monetary compensation, employees are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
