Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients' musculoskeletal health, identifying specific conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement customized physical therapy plans to address individual patient goals, focusing on injury recovery and prevention.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting progress and adapting therapy plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy for each patient.
• Educate patients on effective rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques to encourage independence in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will primarily involve working with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will help patients from diverse backgrounds and age groups, tailoring your approach to meet their specific health goals and fostering a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist, in compliance with New Jersey's regulatory standards.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedics.
• Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic conditions, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems to track patient outcomes effectively.
• Background in developing community outreach programs aimed at educating the public about orthopedic health and injury prevention.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to this attractive compensation, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
