Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to become a vital part of our dynamic team in Lakewood, New Jersey. As a Physical Therapist, you will play an essential role in patient rehabilitation, helping individuals regain mobility and improve their overall functional abilities. Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is a premier outpatient orthopedic facility located in a spacious 5,000 square-foot sports medicine center in Lakewood, NJ. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art environment and our commitment to patient-centered care. Our team consists of skilled therapists dedicated to supporting our patients' recovery journeys, primarily serving individuals with private medical insurance. We emphasize a collaborative atmosphere that fosters professional growth and teamwork.

Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our vibrant outpatient office, where you will join two other licensed Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Our work environment is designed for efficiency and patient comfort, allowing practitioners to focus solely on restoring patients' mobility and functionality. The office operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and set therapeutic goals in alignment with their rehabilitation needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour to ensure personalized care and attention.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective treatment plans that encompass a wide range of therapeutic techniques.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions focusing on improving patients' mobility, flexibility, coordination, and overall strength.
• Educate and motivate patients, providing them with the tools necessary to actively participate in their recovery.
• Document each session meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and effectively utilizing EMR software like WebPT.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to address complex cases and optimize patient care outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress continually and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal rehabilitation success.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatments and therapies aimed at enhancing mobility and minimizing dependence on medications.

Our primary demographic includes individuals seeking orthopedic rehabilitation, many of whom have private medical insurance. These patients typically present with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain disorders. Your work will directly influence their recovery journey, allowing them not only to regain physical capabilities but also to improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong manual therapy skills and experience in designing customized exercise programs.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, preferably WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly valued.
• Background in sports medicine or rehabilitation is a plus.
• Familiarity with current trends in physical therapy practices and patient care methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
