This 13-week travel nursing assignment is ideal for an experienced RN with strong telemetry, med-surg telemetry, and acute care hospital experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job Details Location: Salem, MA Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 per week Schedule: Nights with every-other-weekend coverage and periodic rotation to days/evenings as needed Setting: Float pool telemetry / med-surg telemetry Charting System: Epic Job Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license AHA BLS certification 2 years of acute care hospital experience in one location 2 years of traveler experience Telemetry RN experience, including measuring intervals and accurately interpreting tele strips Experience with cardiac drips and rhythm monitoring TR band experience preferred Strong adaptability and confidence floating between multiple hospital units Ability to care for a diverse patient population in a fast-paced acute care setting Responsibilities Provide skilled telemetry nursing care across multiple med/surg telemetry units Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips consistently and accurately Administer and manage cardiac drips according to patient needs and unit protocols Support care for ED border patients, acute mental health unit patients, and transfer-ready ICU patients Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care while maintaining attention to detail in a high-acuity environment Float throughout the hospital to assigned units based on staffing and patient care needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes Why Salem, Massachusetts?
