Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and detailed assessments of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment objectives.

• Formulate, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and client progress, ensuring alignment with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions through both individual and group formats, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client goals.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation, including clinical and progress notes, adhering to organizational protocols and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and adjust treatment and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and collective clinical insights.

• Support clients through discharge planning and care coordination efforts, working with external providers to ensure comprehensive access to necessary services and resources.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a successful track record in therapy provision.

• Proficient in technology, including competency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, word processing, email communication, and basic spreadsheet applications.

• Possess strong organizational skills and be able to work independently while remaining self-motivated to achieve client and organizational goals.

• Experience with trauma-informed care approaches and familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
