Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both couple and individual sessions to address mental health concerns and interpersonal dynamics.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Facilitating discussions around sensitive topics, such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients with overlapping physical and mental health concerns.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment plans following regulatory and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse clinical population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. Your clients may be navigating difficult transitions, such as separation and divorce, coping with grief, or seeking strategies to manage blended family dynamics. You will utilize a holistic approach to counseling, addressing both mental health and relational factors to empower clients on their journey to healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrate a commitment to best practices in therapy and patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
