Join a modern manufacturing team producing conveyor systems for the fast-growing e-commerce and distribution industry. We're looking for skilled Fabricators with experience operating CNC and fabrication equipment in a high-volume production environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, lasers, tube lasers, shears, mills, lathes, and CNC machines
- Perform CNC setups, changeovers, tooling adjustments, and basic programming
- Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and GD&T specifications
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and tape measures
- Perform basic mechanical assembly and equipment troubleshooting
- Complete quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work across multiple machines as production needs change
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of fabrication, machining, or CNC manufacturing experience
- Experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, lasers, mills, or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and data entry
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
- Fanuc controls and CNC programming (G-Code)
- Multi-axis machining (3-axis or 5-axis)
- Tool & die, machining, or metal fabrication background
- CAD/CAM manufacturing environments
- Forklift or crane experience
- Machine shop, laser cutting, or robotic welding experience

Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Mon-Fri, every other Saturday required)
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (+10% shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (+10% shift differential)
