MIG Welder

Join a modern manufacturing team building conveyor systems used by leading e-commerce and distribution companies. We're seeking experienced MIG Welders who take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel parts and assemblies
- Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
- Complete fit-up and fabrication of components to specification
- Use tape measures, calipers, and other gauges to verify quality
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience
- Experience welding carbon steel in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Strong measuring and math skills, including reading a tape measure to 1/16"
- Experience with fabrication, fit-up, and common shop tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Welding certification or technical training preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work any shift as needed
Preferred Experience
- Robotic welding
- Flux core, TIG, stick, or arc welding
- Structural steel, sheet metal, or mild steel fabrication
- Jig and fixture building

Schedule
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
