We're seeking experienced MIG Welders who take pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding on carbon steel parts and assemblies Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols Complete fit-up and fabrication of components to specification Use tape measures, calipers, and other gauges to verify quality Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area What We're Looking For 2+ years of MIG welding experience Experience welding carbon steel in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols Strong measuring and math skills, including reading a tape measure to 1/16" Experience with fabrication, fit-up, and common shop tools High school diploma or GED Welding certification or technical training preferred Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work any shift as needed Preferred Experience Robotic welding Flux core, TIG, stick, or arc welding Structural steel, sheet metal, or mild steel fabrication Jig and fixture building Why You'll Love It Here Family owned company that has been in business over 100 years $1000 bonus for 60 days with no attendance points, and an additional $1000 bonus after 120 days with no attendance points.
