Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals presenting with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Developing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring they are aligned with best practices.

• Maintaining complete and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, helping to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of patient records.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team to design and implement effective care strategies.
