Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to fully understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress towards achieving these goals.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure that individuals who may face accessibility challenges can still access care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, using our practice management software.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Each session will focus on understanding the client's unique experiences and designing effective interventions aimed at improving their mental and emotional health. Our practice is dedicated to meeting clients where they are, fostering resilience, and promoting personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as either LSCSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a therapeutic setting with a focus on evidence-based practices is highly preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and willingness to adapt to new technologies to enhance client engagement will be advantageous. A background in working with diverse populations and specific expertise in trauma-informed care or other specialized areas will be given preference.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our compensation package also includes:
