Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Restoring Hope Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for couples and families, identifying specific issues and challenges that impact their relationships.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that involve both couples together and individual sessions to foster open communication and healing.
\n
• Creating tailored treatment plans that address a range of issues, including but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, grief, loss, and family conflicts.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies and interventions that promote emotional and relational health.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and collaboration with fellow therapists to ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents facing various challenges. You will specialize in addressing complex family dynamics, such as blended families, mother-daughter conflicts, and adjustment issues surrounding separation or divorce. Your expertise is essential in helping clients navigate personal and collective struggles, fostering an environment where healing can occur.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
