We are looking for a new team member to assist clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role blends caring client services, scheduling & administrative support, and heartfelt communication to support our MVP Team of technicians and keep our clients delighted.

Position Details

• Title: Client Services Specialist
• Reports to: Director of Operations
• Hours: 30-40 hours, Monday–Friday, varies between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM based on needs of the business. Schedules assigned weekly.
• Earning Potential: $20 hour + performance bonus (negotiable based on experience)
• Portage, MI In office role and must be able to report reliably for assigned shifts, including occasional 7:30 a.m. openings.Ideally lives within 20 minutes of the office.

Core Responsibilities

Client Care & Communication

• Answer phone calls live and respond to emails within 24 business hours
• Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, warm, professional communication
• Proactive follow-up: Make satisfaction or "happy" calls, review feedback after visits, and share praise or improvement requests with the appropriate team member.
• New client support: If applicable, respond to inquiries, explain services, assist with consultations or bookings, and confirm the details needed before a first cleaning.
• Turn every interaction into a positive, memorable experience

Daily Schedule Support

• Support for managing and optimizing daily cleaning schedules as needed
• Adopt and utilize our software to monitor bookings, adjustments, and team assignments
• Respond to call-outs, skips, and reschedules; communicate changes to clients and technicians; and keep client preferences and job notes accurate.

Reporting & Operations

• Flexible and available to support opening or closing the office as needed
• Assist with other office duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members by phone, email, and text in English.
• Excellent computer skills: Email, texting, spreadsheets, word documents, Chrome Browser
• Excellent problem-solving skills
