Key Responsibilities Office Coordination: Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Documentation: Assist in the preparation of manufacturing reports, shipping documents, and internal memos. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal departments and external vendors via phone and email. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements for management. Process Improvement: Once trained, identify ways to streamline administrative workflows to support the production floor. Skills & Qualifications Foundational Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is required. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Adaptability: A "will train" mindset—you must be eager to learn manufacturing-specific software and protocols. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor. Organization: Superior time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
